Christmas Program 2012
We hosted our 2012 Christmas Program on Wednesday evening. It was a great time of worship, fellowship, and community. The teachers worked hard, the kids did a wonderful job, the band's inaugural performance was excellent. Thank you to everyone who came and to all who made this evening what it was.
Christmas at CCS
I love Christmas as CCS. I especially love that we can celebrate the birth of our Lord freely.
The Students' Council are hosting a door decorating classroom and we've seen a number of really wonderful designs. They'll be judging them today. What's your favourite? I think we should pin these on Pinterest! I wouldn't have a clue where to start.....

We had our first official practice of our Christmas Pageant this morning. To give you just a taste, here are a couple of pictures. This will be the band's first performance!
Western Day
I've been bad at posting lately. Sorry about that. Here are some great pictures from Students' Council Western Day. Very fun.

Dress as your Favourite Food Day
Students' Council held their first Spirit Day today at CCS. They called it "Dress as your Favourite Food Day". The objectives were:
1. Dress as your favourite food.
2. Bring that food in your lunch.
3. Bring a non-perishable (cherishable as some students said) food item for the Drayton Foodbank.
The kids costumes were very creative and we were able to bring 5 boxes of food to the foodbank. Great job, Students' Council, I can't wait to see what other great ideas you have in store for us.
